To control the total emission of nitrogen oxide in China, cement and other factories were provided with technical assistance to take measures against NOx. A NOx diffusion simulation was carried out to improve methods to learn about the effect of NOx control. As one of the JICA Technical Cooperation Projects, ICETT implemented a three-year program in China jointly with Suuri-Keikaku Co., Ltd. |

Water Environment Partnership in Asia, WEPA, aims at examining the current situation of water in the environment, the policy needs in WEPA partner countries, and the promotion of good governance in environmental water management by providing useful information and knowhow for local environmental water management through the database. WEPA also intends to develop the professional capacity of those involved in WEPA partner countries. In this fiscal year, ICETT served as the Secretariat for WEPA. |
