【Report】Follow-Up Activities at the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in Japan

Overview

The International Center for Environmental Technology Transfer (ICETT), dated March 27, 2024, conducted follow-up activities at the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in Japan, following the Awareness-rasining Seminar on Waste to Energy in the Philippines.

On this visit, we had an opportunity to hold the courtesy call and discussions with Her Excellency the Ambassador, Mylene Garcia-Albano, and the Consul General, regarding the seminar and its implications.

Courtesy Call

ICETT's executive, Managing Director, Mr. Kitazumi has engaged in a courtesy call to the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines in Japan.

Discussion with the Ambassador and Consul General

Her Excellency, Ambassador Mylene Garcia-Albano delivered some information regarding recent environmental initiatives undertaken by the Philippines government, focusing on resource circulation and waste management.

Mutual Cooperation

Both the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines and ICETT expressed mutual interest and further collaboration toward advancing resource circulation and fostering a circular economy.
