Participating in “Yokkaichi City Environmental Forum”

On August 26 (Sun.), ICETT participated in “Yokkaichi City Environmental Forum” at Yokkaichi City Community Center. (4th participation following the event of last year) 

The event was co-hosted by the Yokkaichi Municipal Government and the Yokkaichi City Environmental Forum. At hands- on booths, children enjoyed themselves doing bamboo work, using wood from forest thinning to make round paper fans, and using recycled products to make animal-shaped objects. The Yokkaichi Pollution Symposium was held, chaired by Associate Professor Kobayashi of Yokkaichi University. Various activities in Yokkaichi for future environmental protection were presented at the symposium.

 59 organizations participated in the forum.
