The Center for Environmental Technology Transfer was established by authority of the Governor of Mie Prefecture

The Center for Environmental Technology Transfer was authorized by the Ministry of International Trade and Industry

Initial training course started

Renamed as the International Center for Environmental Technology Transfer (ICETT)

Ground-braking ceremony at the Suzuka Foothills Research Park
