We have learned that there is a possibility that personal information may have been leaked to a third party at the company (RAKUS Light Cloud Co., Ltd.) to which our center has outsourced the distribution of email newsletters and other services.

We are currently working urgently to verify the facts. We would like to report the information that has been confirmed so far as follows.

　• October 21, 2026: An investigation of the business in question revealed that personal information may have been leaked

2. Personal Information at Risk of Leakage

　• Information covered: Information provided when registering to receive email newsletters, seminar information, and organizational publications, newsletters, and greeting cards

　• Target audience: Approximately 3,000 people (under investigation)
