Post G7 Ise-Shima Summit and Junior Summit in Mie: ICETT’s Programmes

1. High schooler's Environmental Summit

As a part of "Summer Eco-Fair 2016", ICETT has delivered the lecture on ICETT's dissemination activities in the "High Schoolers’ Environment Summit" at Yokkaichi University, on July 24th. ICETT awarded Nanyo High School as a fruitful international educational activity, introducing various environmental activities inside and outside Aichi Prefecture.

2. Mie 2016 Youth International Conference

Solving issues such as environment, energy and food, Mie University students, high school students, junior high school students and others gathered in Mie University and the Post G7 Ise-Shima Summit in Mie 2016: Youth International Conference" was held on August 7 in Mie University. ICETT participated and exchanged views in this conference. At the conference, Mie University, Kyoto University, Korean University experts delivered the lectures, highlighting "Food and Culture", "Gender Equality" and so on. After the active debate on the conference, the high school students declared "Post Summit Triple Youth".

3. University Students' International Conference in Mie

ICETT participated at the University Students' International Conference in Mie on September 1, at Minami-Ise Town. Invited university students and overseas students, highlighting regional revitalization, food, environment, agriculture, tourism, participated in the discussion and participated in the study-tours to see "oranges", "dried fish", "snap peas", "clams", and "wheat cultivation". In the discussion, government officials, journalists, university and overseas students have discussed with the theme of revitalization, environmental conservation, urban development and utilization of local resources and industry.
