ICETT Visited by Mature Age Class from the Yokkaichi Citizens’ College
On October 8 (Thur.), 2015, ICETT received 59 students of a mature age class from the Yokkaichi Citizens’ College. ICETT started cooperating with this college in fiscal 2010 and this year marked the sixth anniversary. They visited ICETT and the Mie Environmental Education and Information Center in two groups.
The students first learned about ICETT itself and its activities by watching a DVD and PowerPoint presentation. Then, they were guided inside the ICETT building: Lecture Room 4, library, gym, and dining room.
Following that, there was a lively question-and-answer session.ICETT.
It is highly expected that the visit to ICETT offered them an opportunity to deepen their interest in the environment as well as ICETT.
