Mie Prefecture will hold the "Glocal Human Resource Development Course" over a total of three sessions.

In the second lecture, we will visit the Matsusaka Plant of Yamamori Corporation, where Mr. Miyake, Director of the Development Laboratory, will introduce environmental initiatives such as research on synthesizing biodegradable plastic from soy sauce by-products and overseas business.

In addition to the factory tour, we will also learn about the company's efforts to promote cultural exchange, whose mission is to "build a bridge between Thailand and Japan through food.

　We will hold a lecture titled "Thinking about Global Warming, the First Step to the Next Generation Leaders" on the global issue of global warming and sustainable agriculture, inviting Mr. Tachibana, a professor at Mie University, and Mr. Toyonaga of Pomona Farm as lecturers.
