Yokkaichi City PR Seminar was held in Haiphong City, Vietnam
Summary
The Yokkaichi Economic Delegation visited Vietnam from November 20 (Mon.) to 24 (Fri.), 2023, and held a Yokkaichi PR seminar in Haiphong City, with the aim of promoting exchange between the two cities, with which Yokkaichi has concluded a memorandum of understanding on economic exchange.
During the same period, they also visited the People's Committee of Haiphong City and the Foreign Investment Agency of the Vietnamese Ministry of Planning and Investment to exchange opinions on future economic exchanges with Yokkaichi City, and visited the Embassy of Japan in Vietnam, JETRO Hanoi Office, and local Japanese companies to gather information and exchange opinions on economic conditions in Vietnam. The participants also visited the Embassy of Japan in Vietnam, the JETRO Hanoi office, and local Japanese companies.

The Yokkaichi PR seminar was held at a hotel in Haiphong City, where an overview of Yokkaichi City, its major industries, and ICETT's efforts and future vision regarding the environmental sector were presented.
A total of 65 people from the Haiphong People's Committee and local companies participated in this seminar, and participants actively asked questions toward the end of the seminar.
