Summary

On October 27 (Fri.) and 28 (Sat.), ICETT participated in the 2017 Mie Leading Industry Exhibition at Yokkaichi Dome.

The event marked the 15th anniversary as the largest industry exhibition of its kind in Mie Prefecture. Many companies and groups from in and outside Mie took part in the event. They engage in business such as manufacturing, environmental and energy activities, business support, food production, and ICT. These organizations promoted and sold their own technologies, products, and services at the exhibition.

ICETT Booth

ICETT set up a booth in the “Environment and Energy Zone”, presented its activities, and provided information about companies engaged in environmental business, while promoting its e-mail newsletters for environmental business assistance.

The event aimed at offering business matching opportunities to various companies and groups active in the environmental field, ranging from leading-edge technology to community-based industries that use local resources. ICETT took advantage of this opportunity not only to exchange opinions with government officials and engineers from a wide variety of fields but also to fully explain its activities such as international cooperation and collaboration with businesses and universities.
